Celebrations commenced after the city of Wildwood Florida’s Commission Meeting Monday night. The commission unanimously approved the final PUD for Blount Development Group’s latest project.
Blount Development at Millennium Park is a $110 million, a 36-acre project that includes a Class A rental component with a mix of 339 market-rate apartments, townhomes, carriages homes, and 165 age-restricted apartments. Along with 120k sq. feet of medical/commercial. The project is surrounded by an existing city park with soccer, softball/baseball fields, a beautiful community center, and walking trails. Conveniently located across the street from an existing town center with restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and a movie theater.
A celebration was well-deserved after all the hard work members and partners put in making this project a reality. Rumor has it, there may have even been a 12-year-old bottle of Pappy Van Winkle opened for the occasion.
