Rick Blount

Rick Blount is a 5th Generation Floridian — raised in the tradition of Florida land and development. Following in the footsteps of his father Bob Blount, who helped shape Central Florida's built environment starting in the 1950s, Rick carries a family legacy that runs deep.

Today, Blount Development Group operates at the intersection of strategic land acquisition for industrial, commercial, residential, and flex space. BDG is involved in all aspects of development — headquartered right where it all started.
